By completing this survey, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ and agreed to be bound by them.
The survey is open to anyone who, at the time of entry is 16 years of age or older.
Employees of Fullers360, and the immediate families of such employees, are ineligible to participate in this survey and/or win a prize.
This survey is only available to complete at the time of notification and display. The survey link is valid for 14 days.
All survey submissions must be completed to go to the draw to win a digital gift card for up to the value $250 (including applicable taxes, GST or duties if any) or such other amount that Fullers360 may offer at the time of this survey.
A digital gift card may comprise, as an example a Prezzy Card. In the case of a Prezzy Card®, the prize is subject to the Prezzy Card® own terms and conditions which Fullers360 accepts no responsibility for.
The digital gift card is valid for up to two years from the date of issue to the winner, unless we amend our terms and conditions after the digital gift card has been issued to the winner.
Fullers360 takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced digital gift cards after they have been issued to the winner.
Winners will be individually notified directly via email.
To collect the Voucher, the winner must contact the Fullers360 Customer Care Centre on 0800 FULLERS or enquiries@fullers.co.nz.
If a winning entry is deemed invalid, or if the digital gift card is not accepted or claimed within the 2 months of contact, the relevant winner will forfeit their digital gift card, and the winner will be re-drawn.
Each eligible entrant may complete the survey only once during the Survey Period.
Winners will be drawn at random after the competition entry date has closed.
No entries will be accepted (and are unable to be accepted) by Fullers360 after the competition has been closed.
The digital gift card is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Fullers360 is not responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the digital gift card.
All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.
Fullers360 reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the digital gift card where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these ‘Terms and Conditions’ or the spirit of the Giveaway.
The results are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Fullers360 is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner.
Fullers360 may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of this gift card giveaway at any time at its sole discretion. If for any reason any aspect is not capable of running as planned, Fullers360 may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, or invalidate any affected entries.
Fullers360 is not liable for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible, corrupted or damaged. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
