The Waiheke Reserve ferry is a seasonal ferry service to Waiheke Island operating from 21 November to March. The Waiheke Reserve service lets visitors pre-book the date and departure times in advance of travel to and from Waiheke Island.

The Waiheke Reserve ferry will depart from piers 13 and 14 at the downtown Auckland Ferry Terminal. Your ticket is valid for the time indicated on your ticket. Boarding will open up to 20 minutes prior to departure.

The Waiheke Untapped tour offers a seamless experience, starting with a premium Waiheke Reserve ferry ride at 10:15 AM from downtown Auckland, returning at 5:15 PM from Matiatia Ferry Terminal. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your tour coach and guide, who will transport you across the island in a private coach. Enjoy a small plate, shared main, and a glass of wine at Passage Rock. Head to Waiheke Gin Distillery for a refreshing gin cocktail, and conclude with a wine tasting at Man O’ War Vineyard.
Absolutely! Extend your stay on Waiheke Island by simply informing your tour coach that you plan to remain after the tour ends. Your return Waiheke Reserve ferry ticket allows you to board any Fullers360 Waiheke Walk-up sailing within 12 months of the ticket date. Please note that Walk-up sailings are on demand, so during peak season, we recommend you arrive at least an hour before your preferred sailing.
