Concessionary fares are available to qualifying customers who travel with an Auckland Total Mobility ID card or NZ Foundation for the Blind card. To get these fares you must show your ID card. For those who require special assistance, we have a designated special assistance seating area available at Downtown Ferry Terminal and at Matiatia Ferry Terminal. We can provide a designated special assistance area onboard services to and from Waiheke Island. Please speak to one of our on-wharf crew if you require assistance in any way.
In the event where sailings are canceled and alternative transport is provided, we will do our best to provide mobility-enabled transport.
Please contact us on 0800 FULLERS in advance so we can ensure that alternative mobility-enabled transport can be made available. Please note that providing mobility-enabled transport is subject to availability at the time of cancellation. We will work with you to get the best option for your situation.

Fullers360 Explorer Buses - Waiheke Island
Buses operating the Western Explorer Hop-on Hop-off Bus and Eastern Explorer Bus services on Waiheke Island are not wheelchair accessible. Customers requiring wheelchair-accessible transport should contact Waiheke Executive Transport on 09 372 0099 to make their own travel arrangements.
