As we gear up for a stunning Labour weekend break, we wanted to remind you that it will be busy, both on the water and at the ferry terminal. It’s important to plan your travel in advance so that you can make the most of your time on Waiheke and Rangitoto Islands.

Travel off-peak to avoid queues and save 25%
Do your best to travel off-peak when it’s less busy. Leaving Auckland between 10am and 12pm, and leaving Waiheke between 3pm and 6pm, will be busy and we expect long queues. Avoid these times if you can so you can make the most of your time on the island.
If you can’t travel during off-peak times, we recommend arriving at the ferry terminal at least 60 minutes before your preferred sailing.
Enjoy your Labour weekend holiday, we’ll see you on the water!
