On Monday 07 October 2024 between 08:00 to 15:45, the Waiheke Island Service (MTIA) service is relocating to Pier 4. We encourage travellers to plan ahead and allow sufficient time to get to the gate. The relocation of this service will allow for remedial work to be completed to Piers 11 and 12 including fender bracing and rod works.
Regular ticketing facilities will continue to be available at Piers 11 and 12 at our Self-Service kiosks, the iTourism office, Matiatia, and the Harbour Information desk. Travellers are encouraged to allow more time before heading to Pier 4 to top up Flexipasses, purchase Waiheke Island tickets, or Hop On Hop Off Explorer Bus tickets.
