Web tickets
The email booking confirmation is NOT A TICKET and CANNOT be used for travel. You MUST collect your tickets from a Fullers360 Ticket Office by providing your confirmation sheet and a form of identification.
Proof of age MUST be shown for senior or child tickets. We cannot provide your ticket(s) without a booking number.
You are only able to collect your tickets during our ticket office opening hours. You will not be able to collect web tickets on any of our vessels.
Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. If departing from Auckland, please check you are at the right pier. Ferries to Devonport depart from Pier 1. Ferries to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island and the Harbour Cruise usually depart from Pier 4. Please check departure boards or ask our friendly staff at a Fullers360 ticket office.
If you have booked a time on one of our tours, we recommend you contact us 24 hours beforehand to confirm your tour on +64 9 367 9111 (during standard business hours). Very occasionally tours are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance you will receive a full refund.
Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tours and cruises are only valid for the date and time shown.
